IM Spy Software products are positioned as "shareware" - we offer a FREE, fully functional evaluation (feature limited) versions for potential customers ("try before you buy"). Therefore, it is assumed that when a user purchases a registered version, he/she is satisfied with the program's features and functionalities.

If you didn't test our free evaluation versions, please do so before you place your order to make sure that the product you are purchasing satisfies your needs.

Refund processing fee is 30% of the order price

IM Spy Software reserves the right to refuse a refund request - the refund reason should be well-grounded.
